The practice includes a broad range of complex litigation matters, including medical malpractice defense, ski resort defense, professional liability, employment law, health care law, and commercial litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cases through all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
- Conduct liability and exposure analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Assist with trial strategy and preparation, including second-chair trial opportunities
