What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at Lumen Stack Systems?
There is a great feeling that comes from ending a call with someone who knows exactly what happens next. If you enjoy talking with people, asking good questions, and finding a useful answer, we have three Call Center Representative openings on our Lenexa team. You will be a first point of contact for customers, helping them explain what they need and connecting them with the people who can help.
This is a lively, people-focused role with full-time and part-time opportunities on a rotating schedule. Shifts are planned in advance, with flexibility when the rota is arranged. You will earn $22–$24.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn a monthly service bonus of up to $200 full-time or $100 part-time, based on customer feedback, call quality, and accurate follow-through. Bonus earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed. You will receive training on the call systems, common questions, and how to work with the wider team.
From first hello to clear next step
Listen and understand. Answer inbound calls, make customers feel comfortable explaining their questions, and check the details needed to help them. Provide clear information on routine requests and record each conversation accurately.
Bring in the right people. Log requests that need further attention, arrange callbacks or appointments, and pass specialist questions to the appropriate colleague. You will work with customer support, scheduling, and technical team members, while keeping your own focus on communication and service.
Keep your word. Monitor requests awaiting a response, follow up when an update is due, and let customers know what is happening. Share recurring questions with the team so we can make future conversations easier.
