Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective learning experiences for internal teams. This role focuses on designing and developing eLearning content, facilitating training sessions, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop eLearning courses, multimedia content, and digital training materials.
- Convert presentations into visually engaging and interactive learning content.
- Create microlearning modules, webinars, and instructor-led training sessions.
- Facilitate training sessions and support learning delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and deliver solutions.
- Manage and update content within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Analyze learning data to improve training effectiveness.
- 3 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
- Strong experience in multimedia course design and visual content creation.
- Hands-on experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
- Experience delivering instructor-led training and facilitating sessions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design engaging, user-friendly learning experiences.
- Experience in healthcare or insurance domain.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SharePoint.
- Experience with tools like Panopto.
- Exposure to learning analytics or data-driven training improvements.
