Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Mac Endpoint Engineer / JAMF Engineer to manage and support enterprise macOS environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JAMF Pro for device enrollment, configuration, patching, and software deployment, along with hands-on experience in zero-touch provisioning using Apple Business Manager. This role involves end-to-end ownership of macOS device lifecycle management, including provisioning, inventory, compliance enforcement, and security monitoring using tools such as JAMF Protect. The engineer will also be responsible for integrating macOS devices with identity platforms like JAMF Connect and Microsoft Azure Active Directory to enable secure and seamless user access.

- Strong knowledge of macOS security controls and compliance enforcement.
- Experience integrating macOS identity using JAMF Connect and Azure AD.
- Proficient in macOS automation and scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and JAMF platforms.
- Familiar with ITIL, ServiceNow, project delivery, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
