Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review regulatory submissions, including new product applications, amendments, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage the submission process, including tracking deadlines, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating with regulatory agencies as necessary.
- Maintain and organize regulatory documentation and records to ensure easy access and compliance with auditing requirements.
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and communicate relevant updates to the team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information for regulatory submissions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal processes and best practices related to regulatory filings.
- Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support training initiatives for junior staff and contribute to team knowledge-sharing efforts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in life sciences, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or regulatory filing, preferably in health insurance.
- Strong understanding of regulatory processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with regulatory submission software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with cross-functional teams.
