Job Purpose
The Infusion Technician is responsible for infusing cannabis flower and pre-rolls with concentrates such as THCa, rosin, hash, and distillate while maintaining product quality, consistency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role supports concentrate production operations through material handling, equipment operation, quality control, and adherence to strict safety and cleanliness procedures.
Essential Functions
Infuse cannabis flower and pre-rolls with concentrates including THCa, rosin, hash, and distillate.
Handle and process materials including flower, trim, kief, resin, rosin, hash, distillate, and terpenes.
Operate lab equipment such as cryogenic freezers, forced air ovens, precision scales, and infusion tools.
Maintain accurate weights, dosing, and product consistency.
Follow strict cleanliness, safety, and compliance protocols.
Assist in new product R&D, small batch testing, and QC feedback loops.
Lift and move containers up to 50 lbs. and remain standing for extended periods during production shifts.
Follow SOPs for dosing, material handling, and quality control to ensure product consistency and safety.
Log batch data, weights, and process notes accurately in tracking systems such as METRC.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in cannabis production, manufacturing, laboratory, or food production environments preferred.
Ability to follow SOPs and maintain detailed documentation.
Ability to work safely around cryogenic materials and production equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality control standards.
Ability to wear required PPE including N95 masks or half-face respirators.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in cannabis production and laboratory environments.
Use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, and respirators may be required.
Position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements throughout shifts.
Must comply with all state cannabis regulations, company SOPs, and safety procedures.

Minimum of 21 years of age
Must pass any and all required background checks
Must remain compliant with all state and company rules and regulations.
Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance). This job function may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching.
