This three-day program offers discussions and perspectives on the latest trends and developments in the life sciences industry, hands-on training in analytical problem-solving through project simulations led by Lumanity consultants, and extensive networking opportunities with fellow doctorate-level candidates interested in life sciences consulting. Participants will also interact with and get to know senior leaders of the Lumanity team, developing tangible connections across all levels of the company.
Selected candidates are invited to join us in-person in Lumanity’s Boston office May 11-13, 2026. Following Propel, participants may be considered for Lumanity’s full-time entry level roles for start dates in 2026/2027.

Through Lumanity’s Propel program, candidates who are pursuing or have recently completed a doctoral degree in the life sciences will receive an inside look at Lumanity’s model of strategy consulting and hear from members of our multidisciplinary team about starting a career at Lumanity.

- Undergraduate and graduate transcripts (unofficial copies accepted)
- Personal statement – Please describe your motivation for participating in Propel and what you hope to gain from the experience. (~500 words)
Candidate eligibility:
- Current doctoral candidates (including PhD, MD, and PharmD candidates), postdoctoral researchers, residents, and fellows with a focus on any aspect of life sciences, medicine, or other areas of quantitative research.
- Current doctoral students must have plans to complete their degree programs no later than Summer 2027.
- Applicants must be able to attend the entirety of Propel (May 11-13, 2026).
