Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year (Uncapped Potential)

The Compensation Structure
We provide the foundation you need to hit the ground running:
- Initial 2-Month Advance: Receive a guaranteed advance during your first 60 days to support onboarding, product training, and territory ramp-up.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Following the initial period, you will transition to a commission-only structure. There is no ceiling on what you can earn—your financial growth is entirely in your hands.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Prospect, develop, and close new business within your assigned territory.
- Market Growth & Collaboration: Work directly with our Marketing Team to implement strategies that grow your market area. You will play a key role in boosting our social media presence within your territory to drive leads and brand engagement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with dental professionals and offices.
- Product Expertise: Conduct professional product presentations and live demonstrations.
- Independence: Manage your own territory planning, scheduling, and follow-through with disciplined autonomy.
- Sales Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Ambitious & Self-Motivated: You are disciplined and comfortable working independently "on the road."
- Digital Savvy: You understand the value of a digital footprint and are eager to collaborate on social media initiatives to expand your reach.
- Strong Communicator: You possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Industry Knowledge (A Plus): Experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), Dental Assistant, or previous dental industry experience is a major advantage.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are confident operating in a commission-driven environment where your effort determines your paycheck.
