What You'll Do
- Prospect restaurants and commercial kitchens within your assigned territory
- Generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
- Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and kitchen staff
- Identify opportunities to improve kitchen equipment performance and efficiency
- Present solutions and close new sales opportunities
- Track sales activity and customer information in our CRM system
- Perform installation of refrigeration gaskets and related kitchen components
- Conduct site visits to identify additional service opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Comfortable talking with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
- Strong work ethic and goal-driven attitude
- Basic handyman or mechanical skills
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous outside sales or service experience is a plus but not required
