This 12-week summer position is a great way to gain experience in property management, build new skills, and be part of a team that lives out the LUMA Playbook every day. And who knows? Strong performers may have the opportunity to grow with us beyond the summer!

🛠️ What You’ll Do

As a Summer Groundskeeper, you’ll help keep our communities clean, welcoming, and vibrant:

• Enhance curb appeal by removing trash, debris, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the property
• Clean common areas, including breezeways, walkways, and amenity spaces
• Assist the service team with daily tasks and community needs
• Help maintain pool and outdoor areas (training provided if needed)
• Identify and report any safety concerns or maintenance needs
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Have reliable attendance and strong punctuality
• Enjoy working outdoors in the Texas summer heat and varying weather conditions
• Are physically able to lift, bend, walk stairs, and stand for extended periods
• Bring a positive attitude and customer-service mindset when interacting with residents
• Can follow instructions and also work independently to complete tasks
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in cleanliness
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
