Role Description
Greystar is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper for a full-time, on-site position located in Richmond, TX. The Groundskeeper will perform daily maintenance of residential property grounds, including landscaping, trash removal, cleaning common areas, and addressing minor repairs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment, ensuring outdoor areas are clean and safe, and supporting the team in creating an inviting outdoor environment for residents and guests. Qualifications
- Basic landscaping skills, including mowing, planting, pruning, and irrigation system maintenance
- Experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning, and waste disposal

- Familiarity with handling and maintaining outdoor equipment and tools
