What You’ll Do
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians
- Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates clearly
- Provide estimates and explain services in a customer-friendly manner
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely follow-up
- Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in to vehicle delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and repair orders
- Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, and management to keep operations efficient
Qualifications:

- Automotive service advising experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Service Advisor experience: 1 year (Preferred). Willing to consider applicants with automotive dealership sales experience.
