Role Description The Community Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in San Mateo, CA. This role focuses on building meaningful connections with guests, local partners, and community groups through in-store interactions and community events. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with guests, providing product education, and delivering thoughtful customer service that reflects lululemon’s brand and values. The Community Specialist will support local marketing initiatives, assist with organizing and hosting community activations, and collaborate with store leadership to drive traffic and deepen community relationships.
