About Us:
Lulla means Joy —and soon, we’ll be bringing it to Las Vegas’s dining scene as a vibrant, neon-lit Thai Izakaya! Inspired by both Thai and Japanese’s street food, we serve bold Thai flavors, Japanese Izakaya-style small plates, and flavorful skewers with a Thai twist.
We’re assembling our opening dream team—passionate, hardworking, and fun-loving people who want to be part of something special from the very beginning.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils using dishwashing machines or by hand, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in kitchen and dining areas
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas according to established procedures and schedules
- Assist with general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces in kitchen
- Help the team maintain a smooth flow during busy hours
You’re a Great Fit If You have:
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- No experience necessary – we’re happy to train the right person!
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time
- A valid Food Handler Safety Training Card
