About Us:

Lulla means Joy —and soon, we’ll be bringing it to Las Vegas’s dining scene as a vibrant, neon-lit Thai Izakaya! Inspired by both Thai and Japanese’s street food, we serve bold Thai flavors, Japanese Izakaya-style small plates, and flavorful skewers with a Thai twist.

We’re Hiring Bartenders Who :

• are skilled, enthusiastic, passionate about mixology and hospitality

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, provide menu recommendations and serve food at the bar
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase bar revenue
• Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

You’re a Great Fit If You have/are:

• Minimum 2 years experienced in bartending
• Excellent knowledge of service techniques, standard cocktails, wine, beer and common drink recipes
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash register and POS systerm
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Possess required work cards including TAM card

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least but not limited to 50 pounds
• Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. In some instances, the entire shift

Job Types: Bartender Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12 per hour *plus tips
