What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor for Transition to Independent Living Services position at LUK Inc.?
Clinical Supervisor for Transition to Independent Living Services (TIL) – works alongside the Director to provides clinical leadership, supervision, and support to staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services. This role oversees service delivery, provides individual and group supervision, supports staff development through coaching and training, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and promotes positive client outcomes. The Clinical Supervisor will also provide direct clinical services to young adults in the division.
Clinical Supervisor will participate in interviewing and evaluating potential candidates as well as employment decisions for the division. Clinical Supervisor will work within LUK’s electronic health records system keeping accurate and clinically informed records for youth within placement. Clinical Supervisor will be part of LUK’s Extended Leadership Team and will participate in LUK’s On Call Services.
Qualifications include: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field and minimum of 3–5 years of post-Master’s clinical experience.

Salary : $75,500 - $84,000
