The Assistant Director of Residential Services assists the Director of Residential Services in all aspects of the management of LUK’s congregate care programs for children, adolescents and young adults. The qualified candidate will model exemplary staff and program management skills and act as a member of the Residential Services leadership team. This position will supervise program managers, oversee regulatory and certification tasks, act as a primary contact with internal and external partners, attend agency-wide trainings and leadership events, and provide crisis management consultation and support to programs.
The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, 5 years of work experience in residential services and 1 year of work experience in a supervisory position. A Master’s Degree in Human Services or other relevant area of study is preferred.
This is a full time, salaried position. The hours of this position are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm with flexibility required to meet programmatic needs. This position participates in a rotation of supervisor support during evenings and weekends by qualifying supervisors.
