JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position requires you to work in the office and is not home-based.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 1 year of call center or similar
- Excellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong with math
- Strong computer skills, must be proficient in Numbers or Excel, Word, and MacBook a plus
- Type 45 wpm
- Strong with Gmail and be able to compose emails with ease
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- High school diploma
- You must maintain professional casual dress attire
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reply to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Data entry
- Create refunds and money requests
Salary: $14.00 to $18.00 /hour
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Call Center: 1 year
