We strive to build a crew of caring people who possess self-discipline and enjoy working in the restaurant profession. We operate North Asheville and South Asheville locations and a large catering department. We are locally and independently owned, food quality driven, and well known for our fun and eclectic work environments and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for qualified hospitality professionals like yourself to help us continue to grow and add new stores in the Asheville area!

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS - for most positions

The ideal candidate will possess at least 90% of the following:

1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, talk, and hear
2. The employee is required to be on their feet for a large portion of the day/shift. 
3. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, or crouch; reach with hands and arms; use hands to finger, handle or feel tools or controls; twist; and perform repetitive movements
4. Must be able to lift and /or move heavy objects including tables and cases of food and beverage; must be able to lift approximately 20 pounds overhead
5. Must possess integrity, honesty, accountability, and a passion for excellence 
6. A natural surplus of hospitality extended to guests, employees and vendors
7. An unusually attentive focus on details and a compulsive desire to make the details perfect
8. Excellent communication skills required
9. Experience is preferred, but not required
10. Must be able to work during the week, on weekends, and holidays
11. Hours and days of week may fluctuate based on needs of business
12. Full-Time team members will recieve at least an average of 30 hours per week
13. Part-Time team members weekly hours will be based on availability and business conditions
