Purpose

As a Personnel Coordinator, you exemplify and ensure strong customer service in all areas of the job. You perform store-level cash handling, service desk operations, and human resources functions. You are responsible for daily reconciliation, accurate recordkeeping, and supporting store sales, operating plans, and service levels—all while being a trusted resource for associates and management.
