Lucky's Iron Door Roadhouse is looking to hire food runners for our Jordan Landing location. We are a high-volume roadhouse and bar known for strong hospitality, award-winning burgers, fast-paced service, and an energetic team culture.

WHAT THIS POSITION REALLY IS

Food runners are one of the most important support positions in the building.

This role is fast-paced, physical, and detail-oriented. Great food runners help control the flow of the floor, support the kitchen and service team, and ensure guests receive hot, accurate food quickly and professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver food quickly, accurately, and professionally

• Ensure plates are complete, organized, and correct before leaving the kitchen

• Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management

• Maintain urgency and composure during busy shifts

• Assist with table clearing and resetting to help maintain floor flow

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift

• Anticipate guest and team needs before being asked

• Support overall guest experience through professionalism and hospitality

PAY & SCHEDULE

• Starting pay: $13/hr

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Flexible scheduling based on availability and performance
