Looking to further your restaurant industry career? Lucky Dog is looking to add shift leads and/or manager at all 5 of our locations. Lucky Dog is a family owned and operated establishment looking for you to join our team. competitive salary ranging between 50k to 75k based on experience and performance. Shift Lead and Managers will work as a team and be responsible for below but not limited to:
- Reports to District Manager.
- Day to day operations
- Acts as manager on duty and opens and/or closes the restaurant.
- Directs crewmembers during a shift.
- Responsible for hiring new talent and training.
- Ensures operations meet Lucky Dog's standards.
- Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
- Ensures sanitation compliance and safety regulations.
- Uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed.
- Manages inventory.
- Provides superior customer service.
- Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and ensures the facility is in good working order at all times.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
