Daytime Lunch Hospitality Lead

Lucky Crow Farmstand Eatery is looking for a warm, capable, and steady person to help lead our daytime lunch service.

This position is a mix of counter service, guest hospitality, light floor support, and helping keep service organized during the day. You’ll be one of the first faces guests see when they walk in, so we’re looking for someone who is friendly, clear, dependable, and comfortable taking the lead.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, running food and drinks, answering menu questions, helping keep the dining room and farmstand tidy, supporting the kitchen during service, and making sure guests feel genuinely taken care of.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys people, works well under pressure, notices what needs to be done, and takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming experience. Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required. A good attitude, strong communication, and reliability matter most.

Daytime availability is required. Weekend availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at the end of each shift.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation practices.

Requirements

• OLCC permit and Food Handlers Permit required
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
