Associate Manager Store Operations and Communication
The Associate Manager of Store Operations and Communication is responsible for coordinating communication plans for daily/weekly priorities, store strategies, contest programs, incentives, policies and procedures, productivity, and merchandising directives that both support the overall retail business objectives and drive improved results.

The Associate Manager of Store Operations and Communication is responsible for coordinating communication plans for daily/weekly priorities, store strategies, contest programs, incentives, policies and procedures, productivity, and merchandising directives that both support the overall retail business objectives and drive improved results.
Core Accountabilities
- Organize and balance the field workload and planning calendars in close partnership with retail business leadership.
- Influence retail operations and cross-functional partners to prioritize projects and store-facing responsibilities to ensure understanding and consistent execution by the intended audience.
- Contribute to weekly store line communication with processes, store initiatives, actions, etc.
- Design and execute field recognition and contest strategies that aligns with the overall retail business objectives and selling culture.
- Participate in creating and formatting seasonal materials, including print production projects.
- Compile and distribute store productivity reports daily/weekly/monthly.
- Responsible for the in-store experience for loyalty programs, including training collateral, marketing/signage placement, test offers and store goals.
- Subject Matter Expert for operational execution and best practices.
- Maintain and update store policy and procedures, as needed.
- Manage field feedback, including directing questions and responses to and from the field team.
- Strong command of written and oral communication, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Exemplary writing skills with the ability to express complex information in a straightforward and understandable manner.
- Writing and composition samples will be required.
- Demonstrated ability to organize tasks effectively and manage time to meet competing deadlines with a proven capacity to balance multiple priorities.
- High sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to independently prioritize and execute complex tasks in a fast-paced, multi project, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships, work collaboratively with others and apply consultative skills in a business environment.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; solid working knowledge of Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Retail experience preferred.

- Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.
- For Stores & Distribution Centers: Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
