In this part time role working three full days per week, you'll coordinate the organization’s communications program and assist with other tasks as needed. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site attendance in Rochelle Park, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Work with Chief Development and Communications Officer to coordinate a cohesive communications program and calendar, including email blasts and social media.
- Update and maintain the organization’s website.
- Create flyers, short video content, event materials (poster boards, registration sheets, etc.) and other promotional materials, utilizing Canva.
- Coordinate special projects as needed.
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Excellent written communications skills required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Familiarity with Constant Contact or another email-marketing program preferred. Experience with WordPress and Little Green Light a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must attend weekly staff meeting in Rochelle Park and work during normal business hours.
- Must be able to work events outside of normal business hours, currently four times per year.
