As a Remote Driver Recruiter, you will manage the recruiting process from initial contact to
successful placement. This is a contract position where your pay is based on successful driver
placements. Luckey Recruiting provides all the tools, marketing, and applicant leads.

Responsibilities
• Contact and qualify new driver applicants daily
• Match drivers to carriers and coordinate applications/interviews
• Track and manage all candidates in the CRM system
• Maintain consistent communication with drivers and carrier partners
• Meet weekly recruiting goals set by Luckey Recruiting
Qualifications
• Prior recruiting, staffing, or transportation experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
• Paid per hire: $300-$3,500 per successful driver placement, depending on client and driver
type
