As a Driver Recruiter at Knight Transportation, you’ll play a critical role in connecting professional drivers with opportunities that support their goals and livelihood. You’ll be the first voice drivers hear and a trusted guide throughout their hiring journey — helping them take the next step in their careers while supporting one of the industry’s most respected transportation companies.

Pay Range: $20-$24 hourly uncapped commission through the Driver Recruiter (Inside Sales) Commissions Program.

• Inform & Inspire: Clearly explain our pay, benefits, facilities, and dedicated routes to help drivers find their best fit.
• Build Real Connections: Take the time to understand each driver’s goals and motivations to match them with the right opportunity.
• Own the Journey: Be the driver’s guide from first contact to their first day on the job, ensuring a smooth, positive experience every step of the way.
  
  

What Makes you a great fit?

• Experience in customer service or recruiting — especially in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
• Proven success connecting with people over the phone (inbound or inside sales experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and stellar organizational habits
• High school diploma or equivalent required
