- Use CRM to plan for customer conversations, enter customer insights gained from recent meetings, and identify next steps in preparation for future engagements.
- Provide job site service and problem resolution.
- Provide sales quotes and coordinate deliveries with sales coordinator, operations and internal dispatch.
- Engage in Values Based Sales to identify business needs of customers and generate new opportunities that support our strategy of “being inspired by our customers.”
- Support local industry association and community activities and events.
- Develop and implement sales budgets and forecast for assigned territory while coordinating with sales and operations team regarding rolling forecast.
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal partners to support projects, ensure reliable delivery, and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
- Analyze markets, industry trends, competitors, and customer information to develop and implement Annual Sales Plan to execute pricing strategy.
- Maintain positive relationships in the communities we operate in.
- Generate new customers using traditional and innovative methods including cold calls, relationship management systems, marketing campaign tools, etc.
