Responsibilities

Enterprise Account Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies across priority IDNs and health systems.
  • Build institutional access through formulary engagement and clinical pathway integration.
  • Drive integration of Plozasiran into treatment algorithms and workflows.
  • Own multi-year account growth plans and system-level partnerships.
  • Use data to prioritize accounts and identify opportunities.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and address access barriers.
  • Maintain account planning discipline and stakeholder mapping.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Development

  • Build relationships with pharmacy leadership and clinical stakeholders.
  • Engage in value-based and outcomes discussions.
  • Align enterprise decision-makers with field execution.
  • Navigate institutional approval processes.

Clinical Science & Patient Identification

  • Develop clinical expertise in FCS and ApoC-III biology.
  • Educate stakeholders on disease prevalence and diagnosis.
  • Support patient identification tools and workflows.
  • Act as a clinical and commercial resource.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and medical teams.
  • Collaborate to remove systemic barriers.
  • Provide field insights to leadership.
  • Participate in planning and launch initiatives.

Business Performance & Compliance Accountability

  • Own account-level performance targets.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and growth indicators.
  • Maintain CRM documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and ethical standards.

Travel & Engagement

  • Field-based travel (~60%).
  • Participation in meetings and training programs.

Experience

  • 5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience.
  • Experience with IDNs or health systems.
  • Ability to influence formulary and protocol decisions.
  • Strong performance record in field roles.
  • Experience in specialty or rare disease preferred.
