You should have experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, preferably fine dining or premium steakhouse. A strong knowledge of menu items, wine, cocktails, and service standards is essential, along with the ability to deliver polished, precise, and friendly service.

Position Summary
Servers are responsible for providing exceptional table service in line with Lucille’s upscale, polished brand. You will ensure each guest receives attentive, seamless service while coordinating with the Management team to deliver consistency in service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and ensure a polished first impression.
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of menu items, specials, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Anticipate guest needs throughout the meal, including refills, special requests, and dietary accommodations.
- Maintain complete knowledge of tables, sections, and guest preferences to deliver personalized service.
- Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
- Handle guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Upsell wine, cocktails, and menu items in a polished, consultative manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your station and service areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in fine dining, upscale steakhouse, or high-volume full-service restaurant preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain a polished, professional presence.
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, carry trays, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
