The ideal candidate is also responsible for taking orders and serving guests at high tops and bar tables, ensuring a complete, elevated experience throughout the bar area.

Position Summary
Bartenders at Lucille’s are responsible for crafting cocktails, serving wine and beer, and delivering exceptional beverage service while maintaining a polished, welcoming environment. You will collaborate closely with the Bar Manager and Bar Team, to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, consistency, and speed.
- Greet and engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a personalized, memorable experience.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the beverage program, including seasonal cocktails, wine lists, spirits, and beer selections.
- Perform daily stock checks and assist with ordering to maintain bar operations.
- Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times, including glassware, garnishes, and supplies.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational standards, including responsible alcohol service.
- Upsell cocktails, wine, and other beverages in a polished, consultative manner.
- Handle guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining the highest level of hospitality.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior bar staff, modeling professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in fine dining, upscale, or high-volume restaurant/bar environments.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and maintain a polished, professional presence.
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
