Lucifer Furnaces, a family-owned company with more than 80 years of excellence, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial furnaces and ovens used in the global heat-treating industry. We’ve recently made significant investments in our operations and are growing fast.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside experienced furnace builders to learn and master key tasks in furnace assembly.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings (e.g., blueprints, CAD).
• Use industrial machinery (saws, fabrication equipment, hand tools) safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering, production planning, and other teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and quality.

Opportunities for Growth

What We’re Looking For

• Safety-first mindset — uses all provided safety equipment properly and consistently.
• Team player with a great attitude and personal pride in a job well done.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or willingness to learn new technical skills.
• Blueprint reading experience (or ability to learn).
• 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods in an active shop environment.

Training & Onboarding

We provide hands-on training with experienced builders to help you develop the skills needed to succeed and grow with us.
