Lucidity Sciences is building AI/ML technology that helps companies solve complex prediction, optimization, and decision-making challenges. Our platform, Lumawarp, enables teams to create machine learning models faster, more reliably, and more efficiently.


We are looking for a Founding Account Executive to help build our sales organization from the ground up.


This is not a traditional AE role. You won’t inherit a fully built pipeline or follow a rigid playbook — you will help create the playbook.


You will partner directly with company leadership to define messaging, build pipeline, close strategic customers, and establish the foundation for future sales growth.


What You'll Own
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, referrals, and creative strategies
  • Conduct discovery with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Sell to CTOs, Heads of Data, VPs of AI, and business leaders
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into business value
  • Help refine positioning, messaging, and sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management through CRM tools
  • Represent Lucidity Sciences at industry events and conferences

What We're Looking For
  • 3 years of B2B technology sales experience
  • Proven full-cycle sales experience
  • Ability to sell technical products to sophisticated buyers
  • Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process


Preferred Experience
  • AI/ML, analytics, data infrastructure, or SaaS sales
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Startup or early-stage company experience
  • Experience selling to technical teams

Lucidity Sciences | Sandy, Utah (Hybrid) Primarily in-office with hybrid flexibility available.

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 OTE Stock Options
