Lucidity Sciences is building AI/ML technology that helps companies solve complex prediction, optimization, and decision-making challenges. Our platform, Lumawarp, enables teams to create machine learning models faster, more reliably, and more efficiently.
We are looking for a Founding Account Executive to help build our sales organization from the ground up.
This is not a traditional AE role. You won’t inherit a fully built pipeline or follow a rigid playbook — you will help create the playbook.
You will partner directly with company leadership to define messaging, build pipeline, close strategic customers, and establish the foundation for future sales growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, referrals, and creative strategies
- Conduct discovery with technical and executive stakeholders
- Sell to CTOs, Heads of Data, VPs of AI, and business leaders
- Translate complex technical capabilities into business value
- Help refine positioning, messaging, and sales strategy
- Maintain accurate pipeline management through CRM tools
- Represent Lucidity Sciences at industry events and conferences
- Join an early-stage AI company with real technical differentiation
- Work directly with founders and leadership
- Have meaningful influence on revenue strategy
- Build something that will scale
- Create impact beyond a typical sales role
- 3 years of B2B technology sales experience
- Proven full-cycle sales experience
- Ability to sell technical products to sophisticated buyers
- Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process
- AI/ML, analytics, data infrastructure, or SaaS sales
- Enterprise sales experience
- Startup or early-stage company experience
- Experience selling to technical teams

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 OTE Stock Options
