Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our team. This role involves repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition using proper OEM procedures and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Analyze repair orders and damage reports
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed
- Perform metal repair, panel replacement, and body filler work
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Work with estimators and team members to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
Qualifications
- 2 years of collision repair experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of repair procedures, tools, and equipment
- Ability to perform quality bodywork and panel alignment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- I-CAR certifications (a plus, but not required)
