Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and ordering stock as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during catering events or banquets.
- Stay updated on beverage trends, including brewing techniques and new cocktail recipes.
- Uphold responsible serving practices to promote guest safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, brewing methods, and food safety practices.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and managing tabs accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
