What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Manager position at Lucas James Talent Partners?
Lucas James Talent Partners is partnering with TrackVia to identify a Content Manager who will play a highly strategic role in shaping how the company communicates with customers, prospects, and the market.
This is not a social media-heavy marketing position. We're looking for someone who sees content as a business driver—someone who can develop a long-term content strategy, create compelling thought leadership, and build a content engine that supports sales, customer success, and company growth.
If you thrive in a B2B SaaS environment and enjoy turning complex technology into clear, engaging stories, this could be an outstanding opportunity.
Hybrid in Denver, Colorado - 3 days in office M/T/TH
What You'll Own
- Develop and execute the company's overall content strategy, aligning it with business and revenue goals.
- Create and manage high-value content including thought leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers, customer stories, website copy, sales collateral, and executive messaging.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to translate technical concepts into customer-focused narratives.
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content channels.
- Drive SEO strategy and execution, building content that improves organic visibility and generates qualified demand.
- Lead the company's Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) efforts, creating content designed to perform across AI-powered search platforms and large language models.
- Analyze content performance and use data to continuously refine strategy and maximize impact.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in content strategy, content management, or content creation within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proven experience building and executing SEO-driven content strategies.
- Strong understanding of how content supports the entire buyer journey—not just top-of-funnel marketing.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Experience creating technical or enterprise software content is highly preferred.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Highly strategic, high-visibility position with ownership over the company's content direction.
- Opportunity to build and scale a modern content function within a growing SaaS organization.
- Significant focus on long-form content, thought leadership, customer storytelling, and SEO—not day-to-day social media management.
- Work directly with leadership and help shape the market perception of an innovative technology platform.
