I opened my agency in 2015 after previously working as a State Farm team member, and since day one I’ve focused on building a positive, competitive, and fun office culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Staying involved in the community is important to me, and I actively support organizations including the Payne County Youth Shelter, Stillwater Medical Foundation, Aging Advocates, The Lions Club, Cornerstone Transitional Living, and both the Stillwater and Perkins Chambers of Commerce.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lucas Grounds - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
