How You’ll Make An Impact
As a Jr. Scientist, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving new ingredient and concept development for the homecare market. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions that improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.
In This Role, You Will
- Work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional project teams to introduce new value-added solutions to the homecare market.
- Plan, organize, and conduct experiments to develop new formulations, concepts, and technical literature to support global product launches.
- Conduct and manage scientific experiments, accurately recording, interpreting, and analyzing data, including use of Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Support development of novel testing methodologies and optimizations, especially automation.
- Participate in lab management including inventory and SOP management.
- Communicate results and recommendations to project and leadership teams.
- Train internal colleagues, distributors, and customers on new concepts and product launches.
- Follow safe laboratory practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience formulating and testing homecare ingredients or products.
- Ability to work both individually and in team settings within an agile environment.
- Ability to plan and organize multiple assignments with minimal-to-moderate supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with high motivation and results orientation.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Committed to safe laboratory practices.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed to support commercialization of new products.
