Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position located in Cleveland, OH. The Volunteer Engagement Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse group of volunteers to support Junior Achievement programming. Key tasks include building and maintaining partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations, coordinating community events and volunteer schedules, and ensuring a positive volunteer experience. The role requires consistent communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management for organizing and delivering structured initiatives.
- Strong Communication skills to engage stakeholders, deliver presentations, and develop meaningful relationships.
- Analytical Skills to track, evaluate, and improve volunteer engagement and program outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in volunteer management or nonprofit work is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
