What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Account Executive position at Lubrication Specialties Llc?
PURPOSE
This position supports revenue growth goals by sourcing new and existing sales opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate sales calls to qualified businesses to create a distribution network by presenting products and closing deals for Hot Shot’s Secret full line of products.
- Successfully sell Hot Shot’s Secret products to new and existing customers using the ability to present compelling offers and influence customer decision-making.
- Proactively retain and grow existing customer relationships through regular contact.
- Update tasks and initiatives, and track leads, prospects, and new accounts in CRM system.
- Identify opportunities and present to decision maker as appropriate.
- Overcome objections and offer alternatives where appropriate.
- Create sales orders in the relevant sales program.
- Respond to inbound sales and customer service calls and email inquiries.
- Develop new customers through planned individual account support.
- Work with Hot Shot’s Secret Account Executives to develop a growth strategy for regions that are not assigned to you but can assist the organization in growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- A self-starter. Able to identify potential paths forward and execute a plan without constant assistance from management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Ability to overcome objections and present appropriate features and benefits.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong sales representative presence and positive attitude.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- An intermediate level of knowledge with Microsoft Office suite, email, MS Office, Oracle (NetSuite), and Salesforce or related CRM.

- Work hours are standard M-F 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM but may vary depending on the time zone in which your sales territory resides.
- Additional workdays/times may be required based on demand from events or trade shows.
