What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Dental Receptionist position at Lubbock Pediatric Dentistry, PLLC?
Duties include but are not limited too:
- Greeting patients when they arrive and leave
- Booking appointments
- Answering phones
- Collecting payments
- Verifying insurance coverage
- Maintaining and balancing cash records
- Receiving and providing information to patients and the public
- Providing secretarial support to the dental clinic.
