Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management, product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on selling skills to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Utilize technology sales techniques to promote our innovative solutions.
  • Engage in direct sales activities, including lead generation and cold calling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.

Experience

  • Proven experience in territory management and direct sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology sales is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in upselling products or services effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Proficient in lead generation techniques, including cold calling.
