- Answer customer phone calls with a friendly attitude
- Respond to customer emails and online inquiries promptly
- Create quotes using our easy-to-use internal booking system
- Help make our showroom look inviting and beautiful
- Keep the showroom clean and fresh for everyone to enjoy
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to manage inventory needs
- Assist with other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly
- Be friendly and outgoing
- Must be a people person
- Must be willing to help customers and coworkers solve problems
- Must be able to work Mon-Fri from 9a-4p
- Type at least 40wpm
- Have proficient general computer skills
- Must have professional and courteous communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Starting at $20/hr with room to move up
