This role will become a key business partner to our service, installation, delivery, and administrative teams by ensuring technicians have the inventory, equipment, and operational support they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website with a customer first mentality
- Provide administrative support as needed to Accounting, Sales and/or Marketing
- Maintain accurate client records
- Oversee inventory purchasing, warehouse operations, and technician support across multiple operations divisions
- Maintain accurate inventory levels while reducing excess inventory and improving material availability
- Source equipment and materials, negotiate with vendors, and manage supplier relationships to improve purchasing efficiency
- Support technicians by coordinating parts availability, staging materials, and minimizing downtime in the field
- Oversee warehouse organization, receiving returns, warranties, and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate facility maintenance and operational improvements to support a safe, organized work environment
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in operations, inventory management, purchasing, warehouse management, or service operations
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple priorities while working cross functionally with operations, service, and administrative teams
- Experience with inventory management, ERP, or operational software systems preferred
- Strong communication, vendor management, and relationship building skills
- Experience withing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fuel oil, propane, construction, or another field service industry is preferred
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for building efficient, scalable operational processes

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
