Our client, a growing firm is searching for a Director of Benefits & HRIS to work closely with the Head of HR, who is focused on elevating the HR function! This is an amazing opportunity to add value and support the growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage US and Canadian benefit plans
- Administer leave-of-absence, disability, and workers compensation
- Manage vendor relationships, annual renewals, enrollment process, invoice processing and reconciliations
- Responsible for onboarding new hires
- Manage annual open enrollment, plan design, and management presentations
- Develop and implement wellness strategy
- Ensure compliance including FMLA, ADA, PFL, STD, LTD, and other state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with HR co-workers on streamlining processes and maintaining accuracy of HR data
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees to address issues related to benefits or leave of absence to ensure positive employee experience
Qualifications
- Ceridian Dayforce HRIS and Payroll experience preferred
- 7 years of progressive HR experience working within a large, multi-location, non-exempt workforce
- Experience with Change Management and Communication expertise
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
- Continuous Improvement mentality is a must
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experience managing and mentoring teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
