Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools.
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving supplies, equipment, and debris to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment safely in accordance with safety protocols.
Support cable pulling
Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to prevent accidents and promote a secure environment for everyone on site.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with practical experience working on diverse construction projects.
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and heavy equipment operation.
Knowledge of construction estimating principles and familiarity with safety protocols
