Role description
Core Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Build, test, and deploy inbound and outbound integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio.
- Custom Reporting: Create and maintain complex Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports tailored to HR and Finance requirements.
- Business Processes: Configure and optimize business processes (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting) and maintain Workday Calculated Fields.
- System Upgrades: Support bi-annual Workday releases by performing impact analysis, regression testing, and adopting new features.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere to strict financial data privacy and compliance guidelines by configuring domain security, business process security policies, and role-based permissions.
Technical Skills
- 8 years of hands-on Workday implementation and development experience.
- Workday Toolset: Deep technical knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Report Writer, and Calculated Fields.
- Programming Skills: Familiarity with web service integrations (REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON, and APIs).
- Soft Skills: Ability to translate complex human resource or financial problems into scalable, secure engineering solutions.
Desired / Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Extend or Prism Analytics.
- Workday Certifications (e.g., Workday Studio Developer, Core HCM, or Integrations).
- Prior experience in the banking, financial services, or highly regulated corporate sectors.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
