Role description

We are looking to speak with candidates who are:


We are seeking a highly experienced DevSecOps Engineer with strong expertise in cloud native technologies and modern DevOps practices.


The role requires close collaboration with clients and cross functional teams to design implement and operate secure scalable and resilient cloud platforms.


The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical depth excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and innovation..


 


Responsibilities:


Work closely with cross functional teams including Product Owners Business Analysts Engineering Leads System Teams and RTEs.


Participate in PI planning resolve dependencies between components and communicate solution intent across teams.


Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture policies security standards and design principles.


Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are built according to the target state architecture using iterative delivery.


Provide technical guidance and mentorship in DevOps cloud architecture and best practices


Drive the development of reusable assets accelerators and automation.


Interact with clients on a daily basis to discuss plans progress outcomes and risks.


Own release management deployment coordination and production readiness activities.


Provide operational support monitoring and incident remediation for production systems.


 


Technical process skills


Must have


Cloud Kubernetes.


Strong hands on experience with AWS specifically EKS Elastic Kubernetes Service.


Deep knowledge of Kubernetes kubectl Docker and container orchestration concepts.


Experience managing production grade Kubernetes clusters.


Expertise in Helm for application packaging and deployment.


 


Service Mesh Networking:


Experience with Istio Ingress traffic management AUTH Policy Service Account configuration.


Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.


Scripting experience using Shell Bash.


 


CICD GitOps Version Control:


Strong experience with GitLab for source control and CICD pipelines.


Deep understanding of Git concepts branching strategies feature release hotfix trunk based and release workflows.


Hands on experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD for continuous delivery and deployment automation.


 


Infrastructure as Code Automation:


Strong understanding and implementation of Infrastructure as Code IaC practices.


Experience developing automated deployment and configuration management solutions.


 


Observability Monitoring Logging:


Experience building dashboards and s to measure uptime and health.


Hands on experience with Dynatrace Prometheus Grafana Splunk and ELK stack.


Ability to monitor systems diagnose issues and perform proactive remediation.


 


Incident ITSM Tools:


Experience with Moog soft for event correlation and incident management.


Working knowledge of ServiceNow for incident change and release management.


Experience using Jira and Confluence for agile delivery and documentation.


 


Good to have:


Experience implementing SRE practices and self-healing systems.


Knowledge of Kafka clusters.


Strong understanding of service mesh architecture Istio.


CKA Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification.


 


Soft Skills:


Excellent communication and client engagement skills.


Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


Proactive learner with interest in exploring new technologies and proof of concepts.


Strong team player with the ability to work independently.

Salary : $92,432 - $136,600
