· Strong stakeholder communication with Product Owners business and leadership.
· Ability to enable self organizing high performing teams.
· Experience in tracking sprint metrics velocity predictability commitments vs delivery.
· Handson experience with Agile tools like JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps
· Job Description
Lead and oversee complex Agile projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Agile Value.
· Driven Delivery principles Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks to maintain delivery quality risk mitigation and compliance.
· Drive Agile methodologies to maximize business value and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
· Collaborate with cross functional teams to facilitate effective Scrum management and promote continuous improvement.
· Mentor and guide project teams on best practices in Agile planning execution and delivery.
· Analyze project performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for timely delivery.
· Foster a culture of transparency accountability and Agile mindset adoption across teams.
· Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle
Roles and Responsibilities
· Define project scopes objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
· Establish and maintain project governance structures including risk management and issue resolution
· Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning Daily Standups Reviews and Retrospectives ensuring value driven delivery Promote Agile mindset and behavioral change across teams through servant leadership and coaching.
· Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Ensure adherence to Scrum management principles and facilitate effective team collaboration.
· Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness Support resource planning and allocation to meet project demands
· Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and expectations Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and delivery flow.
· Mentor and coach project managers and Scrum Masters to build Agile capability and maturity.
