Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Service Cloud to lead solution design architecture and implementation of Salesforcebased healthcare solutions The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Health Cloud patientmember experience workflows care coordination and clinicalnonclinical processes Additionally the candidate must be proficient in Service Cloud capabilities including case management omnichannel knowledge and integration patterns

Key Responsibilities

oSolution Architecture Design

oLead endtoend architecture for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations including data models care plans assessments EHR integrations and patientmember engagement workflows

oArchitect and configure Service Cloud capabilities such as Case Management OmniChannel Knowledge CTI Digital Engagement and Service Console

oDefine scalable modular and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards

oTranslate business requirements into technical design documents architecture blueprints and solution roadmaps

oProvide guidance on Health Cloudspecific modules Care Management Provider Management Utilization Management Consent Referrals Remote Monitoring etc

Technical Leadership

oReview and guide development activities across Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Flows APIs and integrations

oProvide leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices

oConduct design workshops backlog grooming and technical assessments

oServe as the SME for Health Cloud Service Cloud capabilities

oIntegration Data

oLead integration design between Salesforce and downstream systems such as EHRs CRM PAS Claims and Analytics platforms

oOversee data migration strategy mapping and validation for Health Cloud implementations

oEnsure compliance with healthcare data standards HIPAA HITRUST FHIR

oGovernance Security Quality

oImplement security measures such as consent management shield encryption and fieldlevel security

oPromote highquality delivery through code reviews performance tuning and architectural governance

oEstablish design frameworks reusable components and technical standards

Required Skills Experience

o12 years of Salesforce experience with 5 years in an architect role

oStrong experience in Service Cloud including Case Management OmniChannel and Service Console

oProven experience in architecting enterprise integrations RESTSOAP APIs Mulesoft integration patterns

oHandson expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components Salesforce Flows and Data Model design

oDeep understanding of healthcare domain processes care management provider networks utilization management patientmember experience

oExperience with Salesforce security models data governance and compliance

oSalesforce certifications preferred

oSalesforce Certified Application Architect System Architect

oHealth Cloud Accredited Professional

oSalesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

oSalesforce Certified Platform Developer III

Skills

Mandatory Skills : Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Benefits
Compensation range: $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
